Figure-hugging and fully flexible: The ALPHA GYM VARIJA Scrunch Shorts in Watermelon Red are made for training on warm days and intense sessions.
The V-shaped waistband provides a supportive, flattering fit, and the scrunch effect on the back accentuates your natural shape. The soft fabric adapts flexibly to your movements.
Measure your body, enter your measurements into our size calculator and
get an initial recommendation for our shirts, hoodies, shorts,
leggings, sports bras and jumpsuits.
The measurements currently listed are example values and not yet final
measured product dimensions. They serve as initial guidance and will
gradually be replaced by the actual measurements of each ALPHA GYM
product. Depending on cut, material and preferred fit,
the ideal size may differ.

suggest suitable sizes for different product groups.
Your personal size recommendation
For the best possible result, the measuring tape should sit snugly against
your body without digging in.

How to measure your body correctly
It's best to measure in just your underwear or tight-fitting clothing.
01
Chest
Run the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest point of your chest.
02
Underbust
Measure directly below your bust. This measurement helps with sports bras.
03
Waist
Measure the narrowest point of your torso without pulling in your
stomach.
04
Hips
Measure horizontally around the fullest point of your hips and butt.
05
Inseam
Measure from the crotch straight down the inside of your leg to the floor.

Between two sizes?
For figure-flattering products and fuller hips, chest or
thighs, go for the larger size. For oversized products, you can
choose the smaller size for a less roomy fit.

FAQ
The key answers on sizing, shipping, returns and care.
How fast will my order ship?
We ship from Germany. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping within Germany is free on orders of €99 or more. You'll find all the details under Shipping & Payment.
Which size is right for me?
In our size chart you'll find all measurements and a size calculator. The Size Finder right on the product page can help you too. Between two sizes? Message us – we're happy to help.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return. You can find out how returns work under Returns & Withdrawal.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or bank transfer in advance, among others. Payment is SSL-encrypted.
How do I care for my item?
Always follow the instructions on the care label. In general, leggings, sports bras and sets stay looking great longer if you wash them inside out at a low temperature, skip the fabric softener and let them air-dry instead of using the dryer. More tips in the Guide: How to wash leggings.
