Would you like to return all or part of your order, exchange an item for a different size or withdraw from your contract? Here you will find all the important information and the appropriate forms.
14-day right of withdrawal
You can return your order in full or in part within the statutory period.
Cost of return
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Request a size exchange
Let us know your desired size in advance so that we can check availability early on.
Original condition
Please return the goods clean, unwashed and with the corresponding original label.

Would you like to return an item or your entire order and receive a refund? Please first register your return in your ALPHA GYM customer account.
Request a return online
Log in to your customer account, open the order concerned and submit your return request there. We will then confirm receipt of your request.
How your return or exchange works
The following steps apply to full and partial returns as well as to a requested size exchange.
Register a return or exchange
For a return with refund, log in to your customer account. You can request a size change in advance using the form on this page.
Receive confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request. In the case of a size change, we will also check the availability of the desired size.
Send back the goods
Enclose the return form or a note with your order number and return request and send the goods back with sufficient postage.
Inspection and processing
After receipt, we inspect the goods. We then initiate the refund or ship the confirmed new size.

- Return costs are borne by the customer.
- Please send your parcel back with sufficient postage.
- Keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Requirements for the condition of the goods
Please treat the items when trying them on just as carefully as you would in a physical shop.
Please return the items as follows:
- in their original and clean condition
- unwashed and only worn for trying on
- with the corresponding original label
- free from stains, animal hair and dirt
- free from strong or unpleasant odours
- complete and carefully packed
Items with noticeable odours such as smoke, sweat, strong perfume, deodorant, cooking or animal odours can no longer be sold as new goods. In this case, a voluntary size or item exchange may be refused. In the case of a statutory withdrawal, a demonstrable loss in value may be taken into account in the refund.

This form is intended for changing an item to a different size. If you would like to receive a refund, please register your return via your customer account.

Statutory withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
