Shipping within Germany
Flat shipping rate:

Shipping is carried out by DHL. Delivery usually takes
1–2 working days after dispatch.

14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and send it back to us.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. In the case of a size exchange, we will send you the new item free of charge.
How shipping works
01 – Order
Once your order has been received, we prepare your goods for shipping.
02 – DHL collection
DHL collects our parcels Monday to Friday at around 13:00.
03 – Shipment tracking
After dispatch, you will automatically receive your tracking number by email.
Return or size exchange
Please enclose a note or the original invoice with your return. Briefly let us know on it whether you:
- would like an exchange for a different size, or
- would like a refund of the purchase price.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. In the case of a size exchange, we ship the new item free of charge within Germany.

Deliveries within the EU
For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping rate of
€14.90 per order.
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be incurred. These costs are not included in the total price displayed and are borne by the respective recipient.

You will receive the bank details after placing your order. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.
How your order works
