It's best to measure in just your underwear or tight-fitting clothing.
Chest
Run the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest point of your chest.
Underbust
Measure directly below your bust. This measurement helps with sports bras.
Waist
Measure the narrowest point of your torso without pulling in your stomach.
Hips
Measure horizontally around the fullest point of your hips and butt.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch straight down the inside of your leg to the floor.

Zunächst muss ich selbst die sehr freundliche und kompetente Kommunikation mit dem Versender hervorheben. Es gab anfangs Defizite meinerseits hinsichtlich der Übermittlung der Versandadresse. Das war auf einem aus meiner Erfahrung heute nicht mehr üblichen und unkomplizierten Weg zu regeln. Dann habe ich, da es sich um ein Geschenk gehandelt hatte, inzwischen erfahren, dass der Rucksack genau den erwarteten Vorstellungen entspricht. Besonders die gute Verarbeitung, Stabilität und letztlich auch gewünschte Praktikabilität wurde sehr gelobt. Alles in allem, sowohl hinsichtlich des Versenders als auch hinsichtlich des Produktes, kann ich daher nur die Note "empfehlenswert" vergeben.
Perfekter Halt, Bessere Atmung und bessere Erholung dank den Strips.

Mit den Performance Stripes, wird das atmen durch die Nase um einiges verbessert. Durch die bessere Sauerstoff Aufnahme, wird auch die Regeneration gefördert.
Empfehlung geht raus!!!
Ich selber trage die strips beim schlafen da ich nur durch den Mund atme was sich durch die Strips deutlich verbessert hat.
Dadurch ist mein Schlaf und meine Regeneration viel besser geworden.
Ich habe die ALPHAGYM Performance Strips jetzt beim Krafttraining, Cardio und auch nachts getestet und bin wirklich zufrieden. Die schwarzen Nasenpflaster / Nasenstrips lassen sich einfach aufkleben und sitzen bei mir auch während eines intensiven Workouts sehr zuverlässig. Besonders gut gefällt mir der Halt – selbst beim Schwitzen musste ich den Strip nicht ständig nachdrücken.
Beim Sport empfinde ich die Nasenatmung mit den Performance Strips als angenehm und nutze sie inzwischen sowohl im Gym als auch beim Cardio. Auch als Nasenpflaster zum Schlafen finde ich sie angenehm zu tragen.
Das schwarze Design mit dem ALPHAGYM Logo sieht außerdem deutlich hochwertiger aus als viele normale Nasenstreifen. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Nasenpflaster für Sport, Training, Schlaf und Recovery sucht.
Super Qualität
Ich nutze den Rucksack für mein HYROX Training und nehme ihn auch zu den Wettkämpfen mit. 45 Liter reichen perfekt für Schuhe, Wechselkleidung, Handtuch und Verpflegung. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bis jetzt bin ich meeega begeistert.
Der Stringer bringt mein Training und meine Motivation auf ein anderes Level. Man fühlt sich super wohl und sieht deutlich massiver aus 😏
