SIZE CHART
Find your perfect size
Measure your body, enter your measurements into our size calculator and get an initial recommendation for our shirts, hoodies, shorts, leggings, sports bras and jumpsuits.
The measurements currently listed are example values and not yet final measured product dimensions. They serve as initial guidance and will gradually be replaced by the actual measurements of each ALPHA GYM product. Depending on cut, material and preferred fit, the ideal size may differ.
ALPHA GYM Size Calculator
Enter your body measurements in centimeters. The calculator will then suggest suitable sizes for different product groups.
Your personal size recommendation
For the best possible result, the measuring tape should sit snugly against your body without digging in.
Your preliminary size recommendation
How to measure your body correctly
It's best to measure in just your underwear or tight-fitting clothing.
Chest
Run the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest point of your chest.
Underbust
Measure directly below your bust. This measurement helps with sports bras.
Waist
Measure the narrowest point of your torso without pulling in your stomach.
Hips
Measure horizontally around the fullest point of your hips and butt.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch straight down the inside of your leg to the floor.

Sehr geräumig und robust. Super Rucksack.
